Matcha: Finely ground green tea with roots in imperial China and a tradition later refined and popularized in Japan. Loved for its vibrant flavor and the care and mindfulness woven into its preparation.
Blending matcha’s signature earthy, slightly bitter, grassy notes with the comfort and sweetness of a homemade cookie. Not the most bitter matcha, and not our sweetest cookie—but our best bite!

MATCHA
Earl Grey: A classic black tea scented with bergamot, a fragrant citrus fruit that gives the tea its distinctive floral and citrusy aroma. Named after Charles Grey, the 2nd Earl Grey of Britain, the tea has become one of the most recognizable flavored teas in the world. Paired with lavender, its bright character becomes softer, more aromatic, and floral.
Our Earl Grey & Lavender cookie is finished with a band of sweet icing across the top and a touch of lavender at its center. The icing softens the tea’s boldness, while the lavender echoes its floral aroma for a light, balanced finish.

Our Chai Crème Brûlée cookie pairs those bold, spiced notes with a crisp caramelized sugar topping, adding a delicate sweetness and subtle crunch that complements the depth of the chai.

Our Thai Tea and Condensed Milk cookie reflects the classic pairing of the drink with one half bold Thai tea, the other soft and creamy with sweetened condensed milk. Together, the two flavors recreate the balance that makes Thai tea so distinct.
